Must mean a statement regarding his future is imminent,
if betting has been suspended.
It does.

What it does NOT indicate is that it means he's going to Real Madrid.

Not all betting has been suspended though - also its interesting that on Bet Victor between 6am and now Real have gone from 1/10 on to 1/4 on

still odds on but a definite indication of wobble

Neither of you know what City are willing to pay.

There is no reason to assume it is less than Madrid are willing to pay.
It appears we are consistently losing out on our targets, when there is competition from other clubs.
Hopefully we can get him, but getting less optimistic.

It doesn't appear anything of the sort.
Ok, last summer which "top targets" did we get? (Maybe the reason Mancini was less than happy with our transfer window?)
This summer, when faced with competition from other clubs, Cavani appears to be slipping and Isco is not looking good.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

If we pullthis off from here Ill be ecstatic. Everything seems to be against us at the minute.

Anyway, I was wondering, what lengths do you think Madrid would go to in order to get their number one target of Bale - would they be this far down the line with Isco when they dont want to sign him but put pressure on Bale and Spurs - and are in colusion with us on that?

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Did we ever put in a bid?. I said that yesterday,
maybe we weren't even in for him in the first
place.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Some claims doing the rounds that we haven't even put in a bid for him and he will sign for Madrid today.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Diario SUR, local Malaga media with known connections to the club, say his move to Real could be formalised in the next few hours.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

The more I read up on it, it seems as though Isco is Madrid-bound.

"Malaga's @Diario_SUR claim, that Isco's transfer to Real Madrid could be completed as early as today. Did City actually ever put in a bid?"

Tweet from Christian Machowski

Have we actually put in a bid for Isco? We haven't heard that we agreed a fee or were even close to agreeing a fee whilst with Fernandinho and Navas, we heard that a fee was close.
