Istanbul CL Final chaos | City Matters statement (p 133)

UEFA's prime infrastructure concerns are available hotel accommodation and airport capacity.
You missed 5*. Near the Beskitas ground there were quiet a few buses that said VIP and VVIP presume for sponsors did anyone see them stuck in traffic either to or from the ground?

Impossible to know as we 'plebs' were stuck on the car park till about 1.15am at the earliest, a mere 75 minutes or so after the game had ended. They were all back in the 5* hotels long before we had even started to move.

Just like to mention that my mate had to bribe the staff for food. At one point they stopped serving food but it was clear they had plenty of stock. He tried to order twice but was told "closed". Yet he could see people walking away from the same bar with food?
Went back with Turkish lira in his hand and was served immediately.

I asked a UEFA woman if I could get on her bus back to Taksim as there was plenty of room, you can imagine her response.
I was thinking the other day, this seems to have been the cause of the problems on the coach park, looks like all the black people carriers parked where the shuttle buses should have been, as the few signs on show were all pointing people to that area,

I did think it was funny that there were no stewards anywhere in that area, seems like they were all bunged a few quid to disappear

The people carriers then clogged up the entrance / exit so nobody could move

It was desperate wasn’t it!If I had my time again I’d have waited in the stadium and chanced my arm on the Metro instead of a crazy taxi and running across 4 lane motorways dodging busy traffic then a 3 mile walk to hotel..thank god for google maps.

Do we all have enough evidence to bring a case against the organisers be it Uefa or the Turkish authorities?
If so, who's going first? Breech of our civil human rights is pretty far reaching.
