I have now filled in this survey along with another I received.I won't repeat everything as its mostly been covered.I just hope the lad stood in Aisle 331 at the beginning of the game got home safely and is ok after having his passport and phone taken by someone branding a knife on him on entry to the ground.There was a steward helping him and I could hear the lad saying the police didn't want to know although they saw it happen.Hope everyone got home safe.

Was that the lad with no top on about 30-35 with a flag around his waist. This lad also had a knife pressing against his stomach whilst being robbed. He was in tears in the ground

I was on the day trip. Well over two hours on the shuttle bus - airport to stadium - driver was lost - no sat nav!! After the game, waited almost two hours in the gridlocked coach park before I could get on a bus. People having to carry disabled children - couldn't push the specialised buggies over the gravelled uneven terrain. Once on the bus, another two hours still in the coach park - hardly moved. People being sick, older people dangerously dehydrated and unable to stand so they lay on the floor. Arrived at the airport - luckily my 3.30am flight had been held back for over an hour - I was one of the last to board.

Why didn't UEFA ensure that bottles of water were handed out free rather than force people to queue for two hours at the rip-off food outlets in the stadium ? The bus in front broke down - fans having to walk along the edge of a high speed highway in the dark. Madness!!

UEFA - please come and explain yourselves.

On Sheikh Mansour's fun bus in Porto we were given a box with food in it and water whilst waiting for the buses to set off to the airport.

I reckon Uefa have organised absolutely everything and not allowed either City or inter Milan any kind of control over how fans are to get to and from the stadium safely.

They're a joke, an organisation ran by privileged people that don't live in the real world, and have no real interest in football or the supporters that go to watch the sport.

I've said it in an ealier post. It's almost as if someone has to die in order for the arrogant twats to notice the shambolic way they treat match going fans. As long as the muppets from Lays, Mastercard, Pepsi etc are all looked after and the fireworks look good on the telly, it's a success in their eyes.

Uefa are fucking corrupt negligent cunts, we know that. But for fucks sake what kind of risk assessment did OUR club make in advance if this event? 20k to 25k Blues in a far off country in a stadium far away from the city. Why didn’t they check -

How many buses, where and when? There were fuck all

Were the stewards trained - we asked loads of them where the shuttle buses went from, not a single one knew

Were there police at the metro station where we got off to get on the non existent buses - me and my kids got chased by 2 local youths with knives, not a copper in site

Our club know what uefa are like, they have a duty of care to us too. Where was the safeguarding, where was the risk assessment City? Where are your emails asking us for feedback? Uefa are cunts, City are complacent. Do not ever again ask us to not boo the cunting anthem

There are a few that are raising the issue. Not nearly widespread enough though unfortunately.

I know it's not even in the top 5 things that were terrible about the whole experience, but fuck me what a derelict shithole of a stadium too. Imagine hosting your premiere event in that dump. Ergodan must have paid UEFA countless millions.

I assume she means not "celebrating" when fans of rival clubs are also treated appallingly by those in charge. She could have explained that a bit more clearly though!
