Istanbul Pre-match Dinner with Dickov, Bishop & Pearce

I don't know he was just being quiet and allowing the other chap to speak, when he spoke about us he was spot on.

The initial part of the video wasn't a recoil it was a jump when Eddie and Diaz saved the header from Flukaku.

His face was like a bulldog chewing a wasp! You can smile, punch the air, etc and be quiet like Durham. That reaction speaks volumes for me.

Anyone who wonders how Pearce feels about us these days, this is how he reacted at the final whistle.

At best total indifference, at worst he looks like somebody has set fire to Beanie the horse in front of his face. Utter twat. I like Durham‘s reaction though.

That is an absolute disgrace. Hopefully the Club will take note and not include him in anything ever again.
The self-proclaimed "Mod-baller", former England player, City player, City manager, etc and all he can do is look totally pissed off at an Engish team and one he represented, achieving a remarkable, historic feat. I imagine even Talkshite are surprised and disappointed in his carefully chosen reaction.
What a pathetic c#nt.

Just the last sentence would have been enough.

Possibly thinking what to say on live radio, a part of our distant past but for an ex plumber who once played on with a broken leg I think he's done OK.

Everyone is so OTT about Pearce. Who cares how wild his celebration is? There's no right or wrong way to do it.

Imagine if Pearce had been the manager when the takeover happened.
How long would he have lasted?
I'm thinking 2 or maybe even 3 minutes.

Pearce better than Royle? Keep taking the tablets. On second thoughts maybe these aren’t working and you need something stronger.

Royle certainly gave us better moments but they were all against lower league opposition.

If you compare their Premier League record, Pearce finished 8th, 14th and 15th. Royle 18th and relegated.

So it’s not a completely outrageous suggestion that Pearce was the more successful.
