Istanbul | Taksim Square

There’s 20000+ City fans over there next weekend, no matter where you go there will be thousands of blues. Some will be sightseeing in Sultanahmet, some will be on the piss in Besitakes, some will be in Taskim. I’ll be touring the best Kebab houses in Istanbul and while having a few Efes along the way.

Can’t wait.
 
Taksim will be rammed with blues

Tonnes of bars & kebabs

Bars are open 24 hours on Nevidaze street

Inter travel hub only means their buses go from near there
 
I think City have been allocated the area where the Champions League festival is in Yanikapi.

Inter have been allocated Besiktas.

But that doesn’t mean you have to go there or stay there, that’s just where the transport to/from the stadium is for each set of fans before and after the game.

Taksim Sq appears to be between those two areas (albeit closer to Besiktas) and I’m sure Blues will be fine there.

Efes and Istanbul doners - I can’t think of many better things. A shout out for the pide (Turkish pizza) as well.
 
I'm half a mile from taksim Square.
Ignore it being inter travel hub. Will be loads of city fans going to and from there.
