It’s hot

You are the most prolific poster in moaning about them though, beating @blueinsa into second place.

Most news is basic stuff if you have an interest in the field. It’s broken down so that the people with zero knowledge have a chance of understanding.

Meanwhile in the political forum the media is apparently a Tory spin machine that you all moan about.

It’s a funny old world ;-)

The stupid thing is we are being bombarded today by it but what are we meant to do? None of us have air con, we don't have a swimming pool to heat and very few of us have had a decent holiday at all over the last few years let alone flown on a private jet.

It just proves that none of us at this level can do a single thing about it. I could sit in my car idling for the air con for a bit which would indeed cause a bit of Co2 but petrol is so expensive that my fan will have to do....

CO2 emmissions came down massively during COVID. People have started travelling again.

We cannot reverse the damage done, it's about damage limitation now - we should be doing everything we can.

The irony on Sky News is they're pushing the climate change argument but are reporting live from a reservoir.

How many news reporters travelled by car to report today? How is the newsroom being powered and how is the air con being run? Why don't they just go off air for a few days or limit their reporting to do their bit then?

It's just ridiculous that we moan about this issue and then are complete hypocrites in our ability to do something about it.
We are very good as a country when it comes to using renewables for our energy.

Around 44% of our energy comes from renewable sources.

Or scare you to death as they push their political agendas.

You swallow it whole fanboy, I will continue to question thanks.

Question what? Just go stand outside and you’ll have your answer. It’s fucking boiling. What lie do you think you and you alone have uncovered here?

UK per capita Co2 emissions are equivalent to the numbers of the mid-1800's. None of us can do anything more unless we completely give up stuff like cars entirely which is impossible.

The only major polluters at an individual level are the people telling us how bad the problem is.
