5:23 for the transfer question
Yeah I agreeNor concerned about this - think there is a good chance Gundo leaves regardless of the contract.
He’s an intelligent guy - there is no way he doesn’t know that his body isn’t up to it anymore.
AC Milan supposedly accepting £34m for potentially the best LB in the world makes me wonder how much they’d ask for Reijnders

Fallen out with management. How come he`s that cheap?
Walker has barely played this season and when he did he wasn't exactly good.Right back the priority for me as we don't have one. To let Walker go and not replace would be stupid but it's what we do now
Probably likes a bet?How come he`s that cheap?
Weve know weve needed at least 1 since the end of September as well btw.Walker has barely played this season and when he did he wasn't exactly good.
Our midfield is an aging, creaking ship capable only of navigating flat waters. As soon as we face stiff seas we leak.
We need a solid midfielder with legs and quality.

Eh? In the last 2 hours? After they were happy to take a small fee for him?100M since he just extended
Yes I agree with your bolded earlier comment. For years we have run with a smaller squad. It’s been a perfect storm with ageing players, Rodri and nearly all the back line having injuries at the same timeAgree 100% with you post, BUT taking into consideration "The club knows much better than anybody on here what we need", it begs the question why we've left our succession planning until the point that we're desperate?
Guardiola's admitted (for what it's worth) that it was he who turned down the opportunity to commence the rebuild last summer. It's a rebuild that should've started immediately after the treble imo.
Now we're in a situation where as you said, "No point in buying someone that they have doubts or don’t see as a future player in this window. We may have to accept that this is a transition season."
Again, I agree 100% with what you're saying, but must also add that this was totally avoidable from Manchester City.

I’m lost.
Makes sense now. Ta100 for reijnders i think he meant
Fallen out with management.
It was not even taken into consideration by the Rossoneri or the player, but it shows that Cesc Fabregas felt he could tempt such a star name to his club.
£34 mill for TH? What’s going on there?!
Yes it's definately a squad game not an individual one. More so than ever now . . .Had this conversation with my son the other day after the game, as he doesn’t rate Luiz as being much of an upgrade. My point is it’s entirely feasible that we could end up unloading Gundo, Kev, Bernie and Kova in the summer and consequently Luiz would be a useful squad member regardless.
He’s like a cross between Mourinho and Simeone.Discipline issues. A few players at Milan are falling out with the new management. Finding his methods too hard
Fingers crossedWhen Pep answers that he doesn’t know if there is a chance City will sign more players in the next three days that means “yes there is”. If we were done he would have said “no” or “I don’t think so”
It doesn’t mean we will sign more but it means we are still trying and there is time yet.
It also looked like he refused to answer which players would be added to the CL squad which might also be good sign.
