It's Almost Getting Beyond A Joke

Well we've come a long way , I lost count of the times I came away from a city v Liverpool match and not been on the end of a thrashing.
Beating Arsenal too now is the norm , we even beat Chelski and the rags , with another chance to beat them again.
Semi final of the LC and chance of quarters of FA Cup.
Yes it isn't pretty but the defnce is coming together, Ade looks sharp , Tevez makes things happen.
All in all it's the best ever prem season

i'm not convinced Mancini has the slightest of clues how to handle the english game at all, and i fear for the team if any of the rumours in the papers about player backlashes are true. i feel the decision to bring in Mancini was rushed and no thought went into it whatsoever and i'm sure hughes is feeling pretty fecked off due to the fact we are possibly playing worse with mancini as to when we were with hughes. (just how i feel). As the title says, its almost getting beyond a joke, i have no confidence in going into a game with 200MILLION POUNDS WORTH OF PLAYERS and thinking that we will convincingly win let alone win 4 or 5 nil. the confidence has left me now, and with the under performing of players e.g Ireland, who, imo has failed miserably so far this season and isn't even a patch on his former self, and is letting games pass him by. he is getting his chance and fucking it up every time. Mancini's tactics are shit and he hasnt got a clue at all.

those players are not worth 200 million! we paid over the odds for average players, like toure, roque,bridge and in reality lescott was £8-£10 million at least. (although i believe vinnie and joleon can be the best cb pair in the prem) it fucks me off, when the 200 million card gets played. mancini has come in and sorted us out defensively, if we get that 4th spot, he will bring in an AM to link defense to attack, then we'll be cooking! have faith my friend, it'll come, id rather the result today, than let a winning position slip and concede 2 goals. like the anfield match.

Oooh yes. I like the sense! Could we have a few more, sensible musings instead of the knee-jerk reactions, particularly from folk who weren't even subjecting their eyeballs to the football festival.

Saw a lot of positives today felt the defense looked very solid, don't forget we are playing a team which except small changes, last year was going for the title. Kompany and Lescott look our best partnership back there they were excellent. Bridge again absolutely solid. We are setup like we are because quite simply what do we have going forward? Ireland was terrible he looked out of place didn't look comfortable on the ball and all playing in his strongest position, should of scored as well but didn't realize the space he had. Barry i think had a sort of better game but still gets caught in possession. De Jong was immense broke up any of their play. I agree Liverpool were there for the taking today but we simply can't take a team that is as deep as they were at times not without some magic from the likes of Tevez. Ade had a decent game just he was stranded without Tevez running onto him and as a target man he won nothing off the shit ref today. RSC i just have never rated and can't see what impact he would of made and i hear hes carrying an injury still. Today was all about the best central midfield, Ireland played awful Gerrard did too = 0-0 simple as. Still think we were robbed of a lot by the ref but haven't seen it on TV so no idea if what i saw was right but some decisions looked a joke.

The only change i would of made was Richards for Zabs, not sure of the impact he would of made though. Zabs didn't have a good game and i think Richards deserved a place but other than that we are stuck with nothing until Tevez is back. Bellamy could of made an impact if he was on earlier but i think Johnson and SWP had good games today so its irrelevant really.
