Bayern are reportedly preparing a £20million bid for Dzeko, the report also suggests that we are looking to take Thomas Muller in any deal in exchange for Dzeko and that we would pay £5million cash as well.

Apparently Muller is welcome to the idea of moving away from Germany and it suggests that the deal would be finalised after the Euro's

Cheers mate, no need to read the article now.

Could this relate to the Ski Sunday video? Wasn't there a famous german skier called Thomas Muller?

Am i close Tolm?

As soon as I saw muller mentioned I remembered the skier

Think you are on the ball here

I do think dzeko is for sale but not at £20 mill, think city will want at least their money back.

We have no chance of demanding 27m back mate, Edin has not been consistent enough to demand the fee. Dortmund only want 17m for Lewandowski yet he has scored 22 goals this season, something similar in what Dzeko was doing in Germany.

In my opinion we should of never played anything more than 22m for Edin, I hope now we have won the league we can start paying acceptable prices.

Edin got 15 league goals this year (playing for the Champions in a better league) ? We should be asking for our money back (or within a couple of million)

Thing is if this happens it is just playing with numbers the only thing that matters is how much do we pay for Muller.

eg. Dzeko worth 27m - Muller worth 32m City pay 5m.
Dzeko worth 20m - Muller worth 25m City pay 5m.

From a propoganda point of view the first eg is the best because it seems we have got our money back and Bayern have sold a player at a very good price.

now aren't you a clever one!:

Thomas Müller (born 5 March 1961) is a former West German nordic combined skier who competed during the 1980s and early 1990s. He won the Nordic combined 3 x 10 km team event at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary and also won gold medals in the 3 x 10 km team events at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in both 1985 and 1987.
