Thiago would immediately be the best centre half at the club...

Vincent runs him close and if he keeps improving like he has will be better soon, but Lescott is nowhere near his level, although still good enough to play a large role.

Those three would be the envy of world football, and barring cruel luck would see us set for the next four years.

With Savic and Rekik being brought through in the background. Too good.
Quite right.

The truth.

No one knows how a player will play in the premier

Or what goes on behind closed doors.

If we brought in T Silva and Martinez, there would be no need to loan Savic out in the hope he becomes a better player. I think we would sell him Boyata and Kolo as we would need the funds and wages to help balance the books. We would be able to rotate the 3 main CBs and mive Martinez from midfield in an emergency. I don't think it gets any better than those 3 and we have a chance to make it happen. These opportunities do not present themselves that often so to lose Boyata, Savic and Kolo is no big deal.

Maybe bobby wants to play with 3 centre halfs with the fullbacks pushing on, like he did on a couple of occasions last season!

A more solid plan B, life's about choices and Martinez and T Silva gives us more options to change the way we play when required. Good shout.

Apparently if Ibra and Thiago go to PSG it says Galliani wants RVP and Dede to replace them.
