Anyone think we should go for Moutinho?

Oh no, not all that shit again.

He's not coming mate. He's there for the duration at Real till they win the Champions League or Fergie bows out.

Let it go.

after a quick read through MUEN spotted this on comments section, just thought i'd share

The genius that is Mancini (03/08/2012 at 11:58)

Just had a text from a mate on holiday in Barcelona, he's spotted Marwood rolling up in a Limo at a dead posh hotel in the City centre, and he wsn't in shorts and flip-flops, but clearly on Club business.

probably more bollox but won't go a miss in the wumming flying around at moment

...so what the fuck WAS he in? - this is like saying we've signed someone, but it's not ronaldo or messi...

tell your mate in barcelona to send or draw a picture of exactly what this so called marwood was wearing or it didn't happen....

I reckon 24-inch flares and stack heels shoes.

With a burgundy velvet jacket, and a frilly shirt.

No tie. He doesn't want to look like a twat does he?

MOUTINHO no Mourinho!

You tell him Mullsy...!

How do we improve on greatness? It's not easy. The rags are still three quality signings away from us.

There will be no "power struggle" going on.

I wish people would stop viewing City as being like Corrie or Eastenders where there's always an ulterior motive round every corner!

Do you think Mancini would have signed a 5-year deal if he was going to be fucked around? You must have a really low opinion of our manager if you believe that.

Reading between the lines there seems a lack of respect between the 2. From what I have heard Marwood is abit of a **** but has some good friends within the press.

Either Marwood knows his job or Khaldoon doesn't.

It's not possible for a bloke as to be as useless as you all say he is without his employer also being useless.

Khaldoon has had ample time to sack him, indeed much longer than it took to sack Hughes. If you people are going to call Marwood, then have the balls to include the chairman instead of picking on an easy target, & & then suffer the ridicule you will deserve.

Fair comment, but it would be interesting to understand what targets Marwood has been set in his role and how well he is achieving them. It is not just an easy task to sack people.

I would challenge Marwood in the player aquisition, contract negotiation and selling of players department.

Maybe my opinions are born out of frustration, but somewhere in the cog something is not right.

Our transfer business has been nothing short of mindblowingly fucking sensational.

Will you all please wake up & stop behaving like spoiled children, it's not how City fans used to be & it's horrible.

It is always easy to sack someone. And what in particular do you think Marwood has got wrong?

Buying Silva? Buying Aguero? Buying Dzeko? Buying Balotelli? Buying Toure?

How has he failed to sell players? He is almost totally dependant on other clubs wanting them... and I don't see clubs queuing up to snatch any of them away.

I don't know anything of Marwood other than the outcomes of him being at the club. And we are Champions. And FA Cup winners the previous season.

It's a bit like I don't like David Platt, but our performances last season would suggest he was doing something right. Yes?
