to be fair on kolarov he does get further forward then clichy and more often.

Just what i'm looking for in a solid defender.

All we'd have to do to guarantee chucking away the league on Monday is start Kolarov or Savic.

We need replacements for both.

And does fuck all with, Clichy is the better defender and more productive going forward, fuck the fact that Kolarov has punted a couple of assists in, Clichy is the bigger threat going forward.

Perhaps it's for Marcelo, there was talk of him recently. He had a cracking tussle with Robben tonight whom I thought had a very good game also.

Thought Marcelo was immense tonight he would be a good addition imho.

Nowhere near as good as David Alaba. Thought Robben was best forward player on the pitch, whilst Boateng was impressive too.

No chance of getting any players out of Bayern - unless there's some kind of deal for Dzeko. But Gomez looks very similar player to Dzeko

With one major difference - mental toughness

If Dzeko had 20% of his confidence he'd be the player we all expected!

Kolarov is probably our best crosser of the ball. He's not the best defender, but then Clichy is solid. Thats what makes them a great pair of left backs for the squad, Clichy for when we need to be solid, Kolarov for when we aren't going to have much defending to do and need to break teams down, not much point getting rid of Kola and signing another Clichy

yeah but its when Mancini decides he wants to play Clichy against Bolton and AK v Liverpool and United etc. that we have an ever so slightly humongous problem.
