Hence it is also quiet from me.

Haaland has made a request of City that I'm not sure we can deliver at this moment in time.

It's not monetary.

Unable to say much more than that, sadly.
Is it a piano on the Colin Bell stand roof but H&S have knocked it back due to potential ice and strong winds , but come the summer with the better weather we could accommodate it ;)

I'm just throwing stuff out there that i've read that is non monetary, laughable as it may seem.

The only other thing i can see is guarantees around pep. I don't see that though because he was wearing his city shirt years before pep arrived.
If it’s about Pep (or a guarantee around the next manager), I can see it being something his father would request. After all, he sees himself as an expert in football management and would care about this stuff

He could ask, but my point was more that we can't guarantee anything. Our current plan may be to get Pep to sign for another 5 years, but Pep might have other ideas. Or things might go tits up and we need to sack the manager (unlikely). Or we may already have another manager lined up, but they decide they prefer Madrid or Barca. Point is, he can ask, but we can't promise him anything that should really sway his decision
We could guarantee that even if Pep leaves, we’ll still get a better manager than Ancelotti or Xavi hehe... (and I like Carlo, but it’s 2022...)

I've heard from a very reliable source that he wants 'Prima Nopta' rights to be granted to him after signing. The club were actually ok with it, but he wanted it backdating to 2010 which means he'd get to pump the wife of anyone married after 1January 2010. It appears the club aren't happy with this clause....

Don’t think Brendan Rodger’s is a better manager than Ancelotti.

Most of the reports around Peps successor point to Rodger’s, for some reason city like him if reports are to be believed.

I certainly don’t believe those rumors, but if I’m a player looking to come here, I would make sure they aren’t in fact true
