Any thoughts on these Alvarez rumors? Anything in it or is it just media noise trying to attract buyers? I thought Argentine media was saying he was going to United just a week ago..
The Argentine press do seem to be much closer to their clubs? Being linked to United first usually means...
I don't want to dampen the pre-signing excitement but how many of you actually think a 21 year old is going to walk into our squad from the Argentinian first division?
How likely is it he's going to be able to outperform Jesus, Sterling, Mahrez, Grealish, Foden and even Palmer to get in the side?
Throw in the £17m fee and it's quite likely he is getting loaned out. Touting him as a Haaland replacement seems fanciful.

Played mostly as a winger, only got his chance upfront with the sale of Borre last summer.Must be a late developer 21 only getting a mention for a move now real top players are spotted a lot younger.

Spot on think the rags are more his standard unless we buying to loan out but with his age can’t see it.
