That was my point, if he is so good why have all the prem teams avoided him for what seems to be years?

I vaguely recall him being linked with the rags every season for what seems to be donkeys, must be at least 5 seasons and other teams look at him but don't pull the trigger on a deal


Maybe as simple as dealing with lazio but does make me ponder why

he hit double figures in goal again. he hits 10 in the league from mid everyone linked, spends 3 season hitting 5 or 6, then 10+ again and links start again.
