The steffen deal has to be one of our worst ever. We paid 7 mil for him, pay him 50k a week send him on loan to a championship team to get him playing time were we will likely be paying his wages and then sign another keeper and pay the new keepers wages to keep steffen happy.

We got 13.5m for Angus Gunn after him getting game time somewhere. We will recoup money on Steffen.

Of course he is, but Mount is Chelsea's Foden and Tuchel has shown no signs of dropping him into midfield.

Who knows. Maybe with them being decimated at CB, they’ll be playing a back 4 next season. Perhaps a 4231 or 433, with Sterling left, Raphinha right, Mount behind Havertz. I can only assume at least 2, possibly all 3, of Ziyech, Werner and Pulisic are out the door.
