No not at all. The context however was squad size over the length of a season, and Palmer is already here sharing that load. Maybe shares more, maybe not. While at it, I'll say quality too is a consideration too, Palmer's and even Grealish's based on last season, in comparison to Sterling's, is for me a big drop (leaving gabi out of it, as assuming for arguements' sake Alvarez will cover that). But then we have signed Haaland, who will bring a whole new level to the team. As above, not convinced yet, but open minded.
