I heard a new owner will be exempted for FFP rule for period of time is this true? then no wonder they can spent a huge amount of money this summer.

I think this kind of thing will be back fired, next season/year any selling club will expect that Chelsea can pay premium price or higher than normal rate without a room for negotiation. Basically they will get fucked.

Yes I think new owners are allowed to spend more in the first couple of years though I don’t understand why Newcastle aren’t doing the same.

Have not Newcastle spent like 140m the last 7 months and are currently bidding on Maddison + want another attacking player in before the window closes, probably ending up spending around 200m+ just this year?

It's been super quiet on the Pablo Moreno transfer.

We bought him from Juventus for 11 million and now are selling him for 1 million.

He's scored 3 goals in 2 seasons at Giriona (2nd division in Spain).

I guess we got it very very wrong with him!

Maybe we're having to recoup the money and that's why we don't have money to throw around!
