Squad wise I’d say

Palmer replaces Sterling if he goes
Alvarez replaces Torres
Haaland replaces Aguero

need a squad replacement for Jesus if he goes.

But the 6 forwards could be: Foden, Grealish, Haaland, Alvarez, Mahrez, Palmer.

So we could take the view that if Sterling wants to move, we don’t need a replacement.

I’d prefer Tchouameni over FDJ personally though I understand the reasons for the latter in terms of versatility.

If this is true I’m guessing we want Raz to stay but he might to be a starter or want more money than we think he should. I’d like to see him stay but understand that he may not.

Did you even read my initial post? At what point did I say I didn't appreciate what he has done in the past. I said its been painful to watch him this season and he needs to go before he leaves for free.

This season however he has been fucking dogshit, we'd be lucky to get 20m for him based on his form this year.

He’s a great player and really goes under the radar, would fit our system perfectly.

Villa bid twice for him last summer I believe but I could see Southampton being more likely to accept bids from big clubs as they wouldn’t want to hold him back.
