Something like this would be amazing:

RB: Walker, Cancelo
CB: Laporte, Dias, Ake, Stones
LB: Zinchenko (Ake to compete)
DM: Rodri, a new signing
CM: Bernardo, KDB, Gundo, Grealish
RW: Mahrez, Palmer
LW: Foden, Sterling
ST: Haaland, Alvarez

out: Steffan, Mendy, Fernandinho, Jesus
In: Haaland, Alvarez, Bazunu, A holding midfielder.

Personally of the belief we could do with another forward/midfield player and Nkunku would be ideal. We’re short of numbers up top, especially if Sterling leaves. One of him and Jesus will definitely leave it appears.

Walker is great but we need a back up.
Cancelo is great but we need a proper backup. Alex is soo passionate and a fighter but its not his position.

Sterling lacks consistency, mahrez lacks work ethic and Jesus lacks composure.
I'd say our front 3 needs revamping. A finisher and some composed pace.

I know it doesn’t mean anything but in the goal charts we have no one in the top 5. Liverpool have three Mane, Salah and Jota all have over double figures for goals. KDB has the most goals this season for us in the prem with 11. Mane 13 goals, Salah 20 goals, Jota goes under the radar but he’s got 15 this season.

I know goals come from everywhere in the team but it would be nice to have a couple of natural goal scorers . But it seems that Liverpools front three are more devastating than our attackers. Aguero used to be that for us, Sane and Sterling as well but Sterling’s form is taking a nose dive. Maybe it’s time for a refresh.

I know it’s an out there suggestion but Raphinha of Leeds seems to be improving every game he’s got pace and skill. But also a good finisher. Jarrod Bowen seems to be getting better and better. Antony of Ajax seems good but has a little bit of attitude.

Maybe I am being too hopeful here but I have a feeling that the team as a whole has a collective confidence in finishing problem and as soon as we get a truly clinical striker like haaland you'll suddenly see players starting to get more confident in front of goal.

I'd take it with Sterling. If he doesn't sign a new deal soon we'd be better off selling him.

As for what he brings on the pitch with Haaland coming in, I can't see Sterling playing in front of Foden, Jack, Mahrez and I think Gabby offers more then Sterling currently.

If we can get £45-60 million for him it's a no brainer to sell this summer for me.
 
Barca will offer 35 to 40 million euros for Jesus due to contract situation. According to reports
