I think it's possible for Chelsea if they can broker a deal between them and Inter for Lukaku, of course before Arsenal submits an acceptable bid.

Great deal for us, I'm sure we've tried to convince him to stay but he's never going to be guaranteed a first team spot

I don't like selling to a club in the same league as us but Arsenal are MILES away from being our direct rivals

My maths might be terrible on this (and I will accept any correction) but I think his book value might only be around £4m as well due to his low initial cost and the contract extension in 2018. Tremendous business
