It really does depend on Sterling and Jesus.

Sterling hold all the cards he will hold out and being second choice next season won’t bother him with the World Cup in winter
Think u need 8 homegrown players - Stones, Walker, Grealish, Carson, Sterling, Foden, Palmer, (Not sure about Mcatee if he is considered first teamer), Ake is also since he was in chelsea academy from young age
You don’t actually have to have any homegrown players - you could just have a squad of 17 foreign players and the rest be kids. But if you want a full squad of 25 players then 4 need to be club trained and 4 homegrown.
