It's Quiet 17 - Glory Thread

He’s got a good relationship with ten Hag but he’s always admired Guardiola’s style of play. Go with someone you know and a period of uncertainty and rebuilding, or go with someone new but who is established and winning?
If he put the rags over us he is a fool, maybe lacking believe in his ability and clearly not for us, or yet again the rag red top press are desperately trying to keep their favourite club relevant.

As I have been saying, if he comes here, in two or three years our entire team will be built around him. Pep can sell that vision
His career has somewhat stalled, before going to Barca he was touted as a world class player and future ballon d'or candidate.

He has not yet set the world alight and needs to be very careful with his next move, going to the rags in their present state could destroy his career completely.

Fuck. yeah sorry.

LB - Hickey, Gomez or Windjal
RB - Lamptey, Spence or Kabore

Which ever we side we are targetting as no fucker seems to know yet. Hickey would be ideal being able to play both and midfield. Pep would love a Lahm/Kimmich to play with in the mix
I like the Cuccorilla ??? guy at Brighton

Unfortunately i can see FDJ go to the rags, already know the manager and guarantee starting lineup most likely building the team around him.

Thing is, I wouldn’t be surprised if he feels he’s wasted some years playing at a below-par Barca, routinely getting dicked in the Champions League. Would he want to risk doing that all over again - and starting without CL football - just for higher wages at utd?

One shit move, fine, but don’t follow it up with another. Not when the best teams are Europe are after you as well as them.

When this summer is over, only the cockroaches will walk the Earth.

Haaland just the beginning.

Another £100m to come.

The Guardian have stated the following this morning.
'The fee is understood to be significantly less than €75m (£64m) that has been widely reported.'
Do you know whether there is there any truth in this claim? I'm a little sceptical given that the piece is, in part, attributed to that sad excuse for a journalist, United fanboy, Jamie Jackson.

No idea, not privy to such info.

Would be nice, the Torres money would completely cover it!

Here's my dream...

Sergio walks to the centre circle before the Villa game.

Haaland is announced to the crowd beforehand and walks on to the pitch, where Sergio is waiting for him, and hands over his crown. He sits upon a throne with fireworks ejecting from the back of it.

They then walk off together, arms aloft, with the big screen then showing a message from Haaland and him announcing, 'I was a little boy when Roy Keane hurt my dad - now I will hurt you all.'
