Cucurell and phillips will definitely happen I'm pretty sure now. But, I also think sterling may go to Chelsea if they can get lukaku out on loan to inter as looks likely and Jesus joins arsenal. Barca's objective is to get money from Frenkie that helps them with the financials, then that money can be reinvested, so we're out the race already. Now if Bernardo does want to leave, they'll have to put up near 100m euros and structure it in a way that doesn't affect their books. If they do that, I don't think we'll stand in his way to move.

The only question is, will we go out and get a replacement? I don't believe so, I think we'll go as it is and Phillips + Cucurella will be our final business for the summer. Maybe if Raheem also leaves it could change.

I thought they were only allowed to use a certain % of sales towards new signings. Like 10% or 20% of every 10m

Palmer is an outstanding talent but he won’t start most games he will get 5 mins maybe 10 mins at the end of a game. The Same way Foden did at the start. This is, what Palmers second season with the first team fully. I think fans that think he’s going to get loads of game time need to be a bit more realistic.

Cup games that’s how Pep inter grated Foden over time until he was fully ready etc You definitely have to replace either Sterling and Jesus due to their output over a season, Sterling no matter what people think has chipped in with important goals and assists , Jesus the same. Going into a season not replacing two important players would be ridiculous and bad planning

Also by the time foden was the same age palmer's is right now, he was nearly a starter.

He can't do that role because on the ball he does not possess the qualities of any of our current midfield options. Now if you said he played as a winger, I'd be for that. He's too unreliable for an 8 in our team

According to the Premier League, he had the most passes and touches in the league last year, while completing the most tackles & having the most shots for City (top 10 overall for both). He lost possession less than Bernardo as well. It may not and probably won't happen, but I don't see a great argument why it couldn't

Hoping just silly rumours. No team can let three players of that ilk leave and expect to seriously challenge, Haaland or no Haaland. Alvarez will take time to adjust.

If those three do move I think we would be more than entitled to be given reason why.
