They don't say anything at all about Pep and Phillips relationship. That's just something you've assumed. If there was a relationship problem it's highly likely Phillips would have had the same treatment as Cancelo, not left as part of the squad. I still doesn't get it, some people in there acting like Philips have done something even worse than Cancelo did judging what some have been posted on him.
If Philips is one of those kind of player, he will get booted quickly earlier in January than Cancelo.
