Maybe today, won’t be in 2 years when we’d probably have lost Alvarez and be stuck with an expensive Kane. Short sighted at best.Because Harry Kane is better than Alverez.

Don't feel as Grealish had the same level of trust in Cancelo & thats why Jack was more interested in recycling the ball.

IMO Grealish doesn’t do what interests him, he does what Pep tells him to do, so if he’s recycling the ball it’s under instruction and he’d be sat on the bench if he wasn’t.
I recon that if there was an issue when Cancelo was playing then it must’ve been Cancelo not doing as instructed - hence his time on the bench and hence him being on loan right now.
Pep doesn’t put up with players doing their own thing.

Yes, and when was the last time we spent big on a high wage 30 year old ? We look for long term value when we spend.It is how we operate.
