Foden and Alvarez are good for 10+goals for starters. Bernie has scored two vital goals vs Real Madrid. If Kovacic is confident with penalties (or has been trained) and Grealish is trusted we have an extra couple of penalty takers if Haaland or Alvarez are off the pitch. We have defenders who can contribute.

It's hardly surprising really. With Gundogan, Mahrez and now Kev out until the new year we are missing roughly 50 league goals/assists from last season.

At this point, a quality creative midfielder must be the priority. If that means leaving the winger for now and keeping Palmer, I'm okay with it.

This is ridiculous. The answer is Leroy. It’s always been Leroy. Just get him back in and it sorts both wings and doesn’t need a season to bed in. Probably 30 mil less than Paqueta too.
