I think Cole is a talent but no world-class team can guarantee play-time to anyone. You have to fight and compete for it because if you are guaranteed it, it doesn't matter how you perform and it also doesn't matter that someone else is consistently outperforming you, who wants your position.

Zak Steffen should be injury free around the end of September after his knee opp on 01/06/2023.
City now have until 23rd November to loan Steffen to a EFL club….which I didn’t know.
It will be hard to sell Steffen due to his high wages even if the Transfer Window was still open.
