was just about to type that tolmie said 4 incomings at least. I reckon city are waiting till July 1 the new financial year and think he said key staff back aswell.

Think that would depend whether anyone other than Phillips, Cancelo, Gomes leave, not sure anyone else will. If only those 3 leave I'd only expect 2 in. Maybe when that was said it included a keeper and Bernardo going too.
