Regarding grealish playing centrally, it's not even that he needs to start there imo.

I just think he has the skills to run with the ball at his feet and have a free role and I hate seeing him just passing the ball backwards because there's nothing obvious on.

I feel that some of our players lack bravery and adventure. I want to see players believe in themselves and each other enough to take some risks (and if it doesn't work out then to fight like dogs to regain the situation).

Agree. I don’t know why everyone wants to ship him off. We cannot have a squad of 20+ starters. And he seems like the perfect squad player - smart, fine with limited minutes, well liked, lots of world class experience.
