Yes, they are amongst the best in terms of young players with loads of potential. What they are not currently is UCL champions level players which is what we are. 2 entirely different things. Gundo and Mahrez were world class, big game performers and we need more than some good youngsters to replace them. The Kovacic signing was happening whether Gundo left or stayed. It was an overdue move needed to provide depth to an area of the squad that was pressing its luck in terms of injury and player availability. Only the club knows what it will do. I only know what I think (and hope) they'll do.Overated and going for 15-20 mil without ever playing a first team minute. I don't think so our kids are amongst the best in the world these days

Saudis might put up 25/30m fee for each if they did same or even more for Fabinho or Mahrez.
We just need to speed up sales on them and Steffen, Barwood bellis etc, as I think we will only sign the next player once we have some outgoing fixed. otherwise we end in last week with more than 25 players and it will put us into a harder position to negotiate sell fees and we have to opt for potential loans only.

I'll define it as we can drop 100 to 120 mil today in any ratio required to obtain 2 players that would continue to keep us clear of anyone. We had an offer out for Rice of 90 mil that was independent of signing Gvardiol and Kovatic, purchasing both players at the prices we wanted. So it's obvious we have the funding and could add an additional 10 to 30 mil if needed. The ability to do that vs. 95% of the clubs in Europe who cannot means we're loaded as far as I'm concerned...I've no doubt FFP isn't an issue but many confuse revenue with profit. Loaded, how do you define that?
