They are trying to push him out to Saudi.
He clearly didn't want to go there, he wanted to go to a club in Europe. PSG wouldn't pay napoli's transfer fee. Chelsea wouldn't pay the wages he wanted. Saudi can't give him the football.

He now has 3 options.
- move to saudi on big wages, call time on his career.
- find a Europwan club to maybe sign him on a cheaper transfer fee, and train with them till January without being registered for actual competitions
- train with Napoli till January knowing he won't get minutes, but will be due his wages and training.

I would go for 3 myself, but all on him now.

Yup, 1 slot left. Stevanovic could in theory still go on overseas loan, list of countries are still open. Seems he sadly didn't make it.

JWE should stay. Hammy at 22 doesn't sound so good. Maybe they could take time till winter window to optimize his body weight / muscle mass and make him fit for a loan in February. Just a guess.
