You can buy potential in January but very hard to get top quality. Unfortunately if we stick with our current squad we’ve no chance at all of finishing in the top 4

Before Summer ? The best won't come if we don't get champs league.January window stinks. We will not be able to get the players we want before summer. It is what it is. We also can’t afford to panic and stack the squad with 2/3 average signings that we regret buying in the next years

We got Laporte in January, so there is hope.
Then again, when Liverpool had a similar injury crisis, they ended up with Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak.

I think we will do some transfers but scared if it will be more of recent Txiki specials of Phillips, Nunes or the likes of Doku, Kovacic. rather than some A list top player who makes the dressing room sit up and take notice it may be someone we need to carry.
