You are right, I did miss it. Although I understand there were many poor performances including Stones. But if he can't play CM he did look OK at RB in the cup semi final.

One of the main reasons we had only a watching brief interest on Van Dijk/another central defender is because the club feels they might need the budget for Mbappe if we do get the nod.

I feel we would be daft not to get involved considering the lads undoubted talent so i would presume its up to him and his family if its worth the risk moving at such an early stage in his career it will certainly be interesting to see how this all pans out.

he looks a real talent does mbappe but we have them in Sergio, gabby, Leroy, and hopefully sanchez? use the money to get our number one targets sorted for full backs and another CB and we are ready to go!
