I am not bothered either way with Sanchez. There are always alternative targets.

An extra £50 million to spend in the transfer window, and getting their own squad sorted early pre-season.

That money is always there though so it doesn't matter that they spend it as such as long as it doesn't affect their power in the negotiations. For all we know Arsenal have just spent the the Sanchez fee on Lacazette. We aren't going away are we so whether it's now or the end of August they know they can get £50m from us for Sanchez.
