you`re like a broken record at times mate! I was just pointing out that I find it strange that we don't have fullbacks in place already? considering even the chairman said in his interview that full backs are the most important position in peps formation then it would be logical to think it would have been sorted by now?

It happens every year,at first some find it amusing,a good giggle,with videos and what not,then a whisper becomes a bit louder,then all hell breaks loose.

Take this Alves situation,nobody had a clue he was getting wed at the weekend,not one ITK came on here and said the thing is it's gonna be delayed because he's getting married in Ibiza,then there are reports that PSG,Chelsea and Spurs are gonna hijack the deal ? What deal,he is nowhere to be seen anywhere near England,never mind Manchester.

I'm using this as an example,as said before I ain't arsed either way if he comes or not,but when we get onto the serious targets,everyone comes out with the same shit,Levy this,Levy that,Wenger this,Wenger that,the truth is a lot get pulled on here for so called wumming,but the ITK can say and do as they please ? Is this how it works ?

Some concrete deals need confirming for this to be allowed to happen !!!! :)

Deep down no one has a definite clue of what's happening,Pogba last year put paid to that theory,now when the lad who works at the CFA speaks,that is worth listening to,as he has normally seen them in the flesh.....and NOT on Twitter

I personally find our lack of urgency on the fullback positions quite staggering to be honest. was delighted with ederson and bernardo coming in so quick but to be starting back in pre season training with no new full backs is bemusing to say the least. yes I know the season doesn't start for a while yet but these areas should have been sorted first. we should have also known that other clubs had realised that we had released all our decent fullbacks and were going to be looking at high prices due to our urgent needs.

It's funny whilst not surprising on this forum that you can't be concerned over our transfers dragging on without being a desperate flapper.

Got to say I agree with Dom. again, the amount of money that is involved and some of the personalities together with their reputations make for tedious progress.
Our team have hopefully learnt after the unforgettable Wolfsburg saga and the Yaya agent episode so it seems there is much to discuss even haggle over, some just enjoy the haggling so they must be indulged.

Unlike the Wolfsburg situation we are not getting the deliberate leaks and all seem to be conducting their talks in the confidential atmosphere that multi million pound deals deserve, presumably because agreements are there to be made and none of the participants are against reaching that probability.

I personally find some users desperate need to feel panicked and have a reason to complain about the sky falling down quite staggering to be honest.

We've nailed down all our targets on personal terms, they aren't going anywhere which is more than United or Chelsea managed to do this summer. Dani Alves will arrive and the delay was his wedding, Mendy will arrive this week as per latest reports, the Sanchez dance is nearing the end, and Walker is a negotiation where everyone seems to be happy to haggle.

If Guardiola wanted Walker to be a City player tomorrow more than anything, Begiristain would pay Levy and he'd be a City player. But he doesn't, he seems to be in no rush whatsoever as long as nearly everyone is on board the plane to the USA next friday, and has said he's delighted with our business when asked at public events, he's not leaking to the press how unhappy he is like Conte or Mourinho.

Just relax and watch our transfer business calmly unfold while our rival's run around trying to "gazump" each other or pay massively over the odds for their 2nd, 3rd or 4th choices. It'll be done when it's done, and with plenty of time before the season begins.

This!^ I'm totally at peace. Of course. Selfishly I'd love to know what's happening behind the scenes. But I'm sure if the board could get it sorted now they would. It's just not that simple though, so many other parties involved. Convinced we're going to have a lovely ride this year with possibly some of the best magical moments ever! IMO of course x
