Agree completely. But then I think about being one of the top clubs in world football and how far we've come. Imagine just 10 years ago thinking we'd be in the position we're in now.

I thought the personal terms and agreeing stuff with the player would be the hardest as it all depends on if he wants to go or not.
And then dealing with the club easier as they know he wants leave for a certain destination

From what a lot say, most big club dont really approach with a bid for the player until they kinda *know* that the player would at least accept a deal hypothetically. They get the *nod* from the player's camp and then start negotiating with the club.
