if Aguero isn't fitting our system why would he fit barca who are pretty much identical

Why would Barca sell Neymar and buy Aguero? One is just about to hit his prime and the other(Aguero) is most likely past his prime, although still world class.
Neymar has a release clause, meet it and it's out of Barca's hands.
I don't see them going for Aguero tho, not with Suarez.
