Very encouraging news.
The quality and speed of the signings so far are very good. Let's hope the quality incomings continue, I think they will.

Be nice to have majority of signings available for pre-season training.

(I agree and I'd love Stones to be great. IMO he needs help to get there but we can't risk our success on it.)

I would imagine we can sort Mendy and Bertrand next week. Can't see us moving much on Walker till they're done so if we have to overpay on him it doesn't effect the other targets.

Sanchez is the unknown. It seems pretty likely that he wants to come. The issue is and has always been Arsenal and Wenger's reluctance to sell to us.

I'd still like (as I'm greedy) another centre half so we can let Kolarov go and a centre midfielder as it looks as though Delph and Fernando will be out the door.

Better yet, agree to disagree, and drop the subject entirely.

You have different opinions, and neither one of you is going to convince the other.

It happens. Accept it and move on. It's kinda getting in the way of our wanking over potential signings. ;-)

No, stones picked up an injury and was second fiddle to ota, rightly, when Komps found the injury gods on his side... let's not rewrite history on this one, stones is integral to how pep wants to play, he just needs a commanding centre back (hopefully it's vinny) to allow him to flourish and bring the ball out.. high percentage risks couldn't be taken with ota and stones together!

I feel some still can not grasp how Pep wants his centre backs to play if fit vinny and stones are the best pairing by far and the only reason we are even considering a centre back is because of vinny and nothing less as far as i am concerned.
