Can be Mendy or Alves too. Maybe City boarded then in London for the night.I'm going off the fact he liked a tweet an hour before about a private jet coming in from London. Walker or Bertrand?

That definitely implies a new signing. I'm inclined to trust him, so I assume someone is on the way. Maybe medical today?
With the greatest respect to Tolmie and all the other ITK's, the majority of them didn't know about Bernardo Silva until @twosips broke the news, so it's entirely possible that there's another signing coming in today under the radar.
The deal's been agreed, just a matter of when the contract is formally signed and the deal is announced. He's still on holiday I think.
Alves - any update on Mendy?
Mendy posted an instagram story in Dubai around 6 hours ago so can't be him. Apparently Alves is on holiday? Can be Mendy or Alves too. Maybe City boarded then in London for the night.
It's possible that he doesn't know the player involved, just that one is coming in from London. No mention of the players name this time hmm
People on here said Harry Kane would be a one season wonder ... 3 years ago.Mbappé will be a Morata-level player if he moves to Madrid and another Martial if he moves to United. That's my honest opinion.
Not worth the inevitable £100m+ price tag after just this season. He should stay in Monaco, see if he does it again.
If that tweet is true and that's a big if, I would think the mystery signing would be a foreign player because if it's an English player, there's no way we can keep it under wraps. Everyone's mother and their dog would know.Mendy posted an instagram story in Dubai around 6 hours ago so can't be him. Apparently Alves is on holiday?

A fair point, but if Mbappe moved to Tottenham I'd have far more confidence in his chances of becoming world-class than if he moved to United. They don't have the best record recently with young talent. Depay, Martial, even Rashford looks to be fizzling out.People on here said Harry Kane would be a one season wonder ... 3 years ago.
That's the problem with popular opinion and it happens to City all the time, the media ssn ragtop papers etc all bang a drum for long enough and all of a sudden it's excepted as common knowledge.I think what he means is that Lewandoski, Suarez, Kane, Griezmann, Higuain, Aubameyang and Lukaku (I know) are considered by lots of people to be better than Aguero at this moment in time.
There's one on that list I'd take ahead if the player that finished the season for us.I think what he means is that Lewandoski, Suarez, Kane, Griezmann, Higuain, Aubameyang and Lukaku (I know) are considered by lots of people to be better than Aguero at this moment in time. Not saying I agree with that.
Because Kane was played number 9 every week. Which is his point.People on here said Harry Kane would be a one season wonder ... 3 years ago.
How could you even conceive it could be Sanchez? If there is a player flying in, it almost certainly going to be AlvesMendy- in Dubai
Alves- in Brazil
Sanchez- in Russia
So Walker, Bertrand, or someone else?

I absolutely agree, assuming that Aguero has permanently taken the step into becoming that player. But in English media, the general consensus seems to be that Aguero isn't that 'cool'.There's one on that list I'd take ahead if the player that finished the season for us.
But not for Argentina sadlyThat's the problem with popular opinion and it happens to City all the time, the media ssn ragtop papers etc all bang a drum for long enough and all of a sudden it's excepted as common knowledge.
There's been a lack of respect for Sergio's abilities in this country for years, just look at how many times he's been in team of the year.
The lads a class professional, role model and goal scorer
Yeah. It's partly because the media are used to the fact he scores 25+ every season. Similar to Silva being overlooked as he's consistently excellent.I absolutely agree, assuming that Aguero has permanently taken the step into becoming that player.
