How many times has this been discussed this window? He was played out of position, his missus stayed in Germany and he was trying to reconcile with her, he was young and first time outside of Germany, there were drinks trollies smashing into him left right and centre. Unlikely it would be a 'nightmare' this time round if it did happen.

Agreed. Bernat plays everything on the left side, but not CB.

I am getting confused about this Bayern hint and who it might be. Boateng plays CB, secondarily right fullback. Kimmich plays right fullback, secondarily CM. Given we have signed Kyle Walker and apparently Danilo too, the right fullback position should be covered. Or am I misunderstanding something here?
Boateng is not with Bayern on pre season tour by the way, not sure why. Is he injured?

Dunno what Pep said. I was just going off which positions I think we need. Left fullback and CB is surely more needed than right fullbacks, provided we sign Danilo :-)

Just went off the interview, he said the players we want are still Bayern & Monaco players and they are young, and basing it on the fact we need a LB, I just put 2 & 2 together! (Probably ended up with 7 tbh! Maths has never been my strong point!)
