Yeah I think it is fair to exercise caution as a fan and to not get too excited too early but people who say it is cased closed every two minutes are a funn bunch

Exactly. No solicitor is going to admit in public to incorrectly interpreting a contract. They'd never get a client again! Especially when that solicitor wrote the bloody thing in the first place.
