I think it was Watford at home and they were top or near the top at the time (early in the season if I remember correctly). My memory may be playing tricks on me but it seemed like he was in goal for a fair chunk of the game as well and made a couple of decent stops. I think we won in the end as well.

It was Watford I was in the platt lane, we won 1-0, corrigan got injured about 10 mins in

I think he’s the best left back we’ve had for a very long time. Unfortunately the ‘gave his all’ image was gone for me at Southampton away when he gave the ball away and walked back as they scored. Would probably still have him in our team

I remember very early on Bobby Mac started to run around the area with the ball in his hand, instead of giving a free kick (the 3 steps rule had come in at the start of the season) the ref did a policeman 'stop' impersonation.

TBF the quiet thread over the years has never been a serious thread, unless you take music videos and dissection of them seriously.

If you want 'proper' discussion try one of the threads named by players names, general rumours etc.

Or have I been clarkied?

Not clarkied at all. This thread is about transfers, often with humour, but nonetheless, transfers.

Seeing pages and pages of past player performances is, imo for somewhere else.
