it would totally go against our conduct as a club with regards to paying whatever necessary to Get someone over the line. I want to believe but I dont see us paying what’s needed.

All depends on if he is a free agent, we could front load the deal with a crazy £30m+ signing fee then have him at £300k a week

Mate we will absolutely pay what it takes. Messi would make City iconic club forever. This is priceless.
