Some players are worth the trouble, especially if the trouble is have a few years of a great player then getting your money back or make a profit, or keeping them.

Depends how high you rate Haaland. Personally I like him, but I do not trust the numbers forwards put up in Bundesliga, and Prem is a few levels above. Haaland to me is a risk, and brings a lot of baggage that's to be dealt with every transfer window. Also he's far from a finished article, still needs improve lots of areas to his game, and time is ruthless, lots of young players excite in some leagues then fold under pressure within months of a high profile move.

Not saying Kane guarantees anything, but he is a much better signing for the time, lesser risk of the two, already proven with goalscoring record + experience/ league know-how. That said, nothing is done as of yet. So if we do go for Haaland later in window, I'd be all for it. But I prefer Kane.

He is one of the worlds best strikers,probably the best in the Prem,so (if it were to happen) it's a bit odd that you are not.

Edit.Although Haaland would definitely evoke more ;-)

It’s not odd when most identify him as ‘Spurs legend’.
if he comes, we will support him and maybe he will lose that moniker based on his performances with us. Can’t get excited just now though.
