The sad part is that while Tebas was lambasting City, I saw nothing about the conviction of Real and Barcelona for receiving illegal state funding in the British media. He is an utter hypocrite and should have been called out long ago.

Don't think a loan would cut it they need to dramatically reduce there wage bill so its shipping players out that's the problem
