It’s down to tactical tweaks - like when Gundo’s pushed up and scores loads and people start saying he’s suddenly got very good but the fact is that it’s the product of a tactical tweak, he’s the same excellent player whatever his role but put in a role where he’s scoring and the girls who were throwing scorn at him suddenly go weak at the knees.
