It does seem rather unlikely this guy has such a strong inside word on this that we've pulled out when most of the other ITKs on here and reporters like John Percy last night are writing stories that we're making a final push this week to sign him.

There's always the chance that it's legitimate information and they've heard that Kane will reject our final proposal.

The cynic in me is screaming bullshit but, to be fair, you can still have the inside track and get stuff wrong.
