Chelsea have won the league 3 times since Mourinho was fired in 2007. That's 3 titles in 15 seasons.

We've won it 3 times in 4 seasons.

Who the fuck thinks they're a better run club? Can you imagine what this place would be like if we only won the league every 5 years? It's been near unbearable since 2 weeks after we lifted the trophy.
Some let their emotion's get the better of them, Its not been a great week for the club in truth.

Why do people say things this stupid?

The defence was the best because it conceded the least goals.

But instead of accepting our attack was the best because it scored the most goals, you trot out bullshit about "missed chances". Do you actually think 15 clubs had better attacks than us? Because I need to know if you're a WUM or just dull.

Its not stupid it's backed up.

Sterling was top 5 for missed chances

None of the front three were in the top 10 for assists and Goals. Highest goal scorer Gundogan midfielder, KDB highest assister but had his worst season for how many assists he got. Jesus, Torres, Sterling or Mahrez were not in the top 20 for Goals or assists.

Sterling 10 goals
Mahrez 9 goals
Jesus 9 goals
Torres 7 goals

Why are you posting this fucking nonsense.

The best attack is not the team who misses fewest chances.

It's not the team with the golden boot winner.

It's the team who scores the most goals. Whether 1 guy scores them or 10 doesn't make a difference.

This is the absolute worst attempt at using statistics I've ever seen.

Here's some statistics that actually matter in terms of our attack.

Goals Scored. 1st
xG. 1st
Shots on target. 1st
Shots per 90. 1st
Shots on target per 90. 1st
Goals per shot. 2nd.

We have a system and a team which year after year creates more chances, and scores more goals than anyone else. It is repeatable, it is consistent. It is the best attack in the country and you're sat here trying to convince people that it's the 5th worst in the league because you saw a stat about missed chances FFS.

Go to bed.

Just remind me on just in case I`ve been asleep for a few months, but how many points were each of those players clubs you`ve mentioned, behind us at the final count ??

Bookmark this comment and @me in 6 months time if we are not looking back on this transfer window and feeling like we fucked up.

Our owners have taken us to places we could only dream of and Txiki and Soriano have delivered Pep & a squad of players who have played football in a way English football has never seen before. But the truth is the last title was down to Peps genius and the fact that our 3rd / 4th choice centre back target turned into one of the best in the world.

2 summers ago we failed to replace Kompany and it cost us the league. For 2 successive summers we’ve failed to replace Agüero when we’ve known we needed to. We’ve spent the whole summer chasing 1 target with no alternative, got a potential break with Ronaldo but even before the rags interest we were trying to avoid paying Juve peanuts!

You mention having complete confidence in the club and other unprofessional clubs. We knew Benjamin Mendy had been arrested on suspicion of 3 different rape charges and continued to play him. Not to mention putting our name to that super league shite even though that closed, entitled cartel is everything we have all hated for the last decade! Those of us old enough to remember where we came from and even those who don’t, are still allowed to question the club when we perceive they have fucked up!
Your post reeks of underestimating how difficult it is to attain top quality players, elite level is so hard to secure.

You are also belittling the clubs expertise in identifying players with real potential.
This M.O. has made our club the most successful of the last decade by some margin.

We won the league last year because the squad Pep built came together in spectacular fashion. They played as a team. It wasn't just Pep; same as it wasn't just Pep on his own that lost the chumps final.

You speak about the club as if it is a session you had on Championship Manager. It's not a game. Real football club running is fucking nails to get right. And we get it right waaay more than wrong.

So, bookmark away. Because if the suits make a call I'll trust they have done it for the best interests of the club.

well just to recap:

-Jack Gaughan coming out with the shit we are hopeful and still trying next few days for Kane and 20 minutes later Kane tweets he is staying
-disturbing Mendy news broke, which seemingly got worse since then with some more details, this has potential of having very bad effect on dressing room
-a pretty fucking shit CL draw where need to be fully sharp unlike last year vs Olympiakos/Marseille,
-get most of our hopes up to doing a short term deal for CR, people going crazy and tracking planes while redcafe goes into meltdown, we are about to to do a quick fix with some who guarantees 25 PL goals without doubt after missing out on Kane, only to end up him going back to rags and leaving us sorting something upfront in about 100 hours.
-still zero offer for Bernardo, but I reckon this is good news if he is staying until someone does come up with 35m pounds and takes him which will be the piss take of the summer.

seeing Pep quite miserable during presser, I fully understand him this was a fucking shit few days.we shall not top it with dropping points against fucking rubbish Arsenal team and go off to international break for 2 weeks.
