I have said I think he will sign a new contract but there are plenty of reports we want to buy Grealish and so logic would say someone has to go and who out of Mahrez, Foden, Bernardo, Sterling and Torres is most likely?Despite all the reports saying we're going to renew his contract before the start of the Euros? One report from a shite source that he could go and you're immediately swung to the idea
I would say Sterling and with his contract situation it basically means this summer is our last one to get anything close to what we paid.
Nobody knows what is happening behind closed doors, as I said maybe Sterling wants a fresh challenge himself and if he can bring an offer to the table that suits then the club will have to weigh it up. If we can move Sterling and his wages and bring in Grealish on less money for little to no "net spend" then it makes sense.
